tried the noresize.
i is using dreamweaver.
thanks for the help all, i'm can't use frames on this one now that i think about.what i was trying to do is to use frames to update 2 sections of content in the middle of the page without reloading the entire page with no scroll bars. my problem is that the site was designed larger than 400 px in height. so its all messed up in a 800x600 screen or smaller screen.
back to the drawing board, though any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
