hey, i'm old, and i've been using apple for aaaaages. and lemme tell you one thing. you know, it's not like you know "back in the days" well maybe a bit but the apple service / support used to be a lot lot lot better, today's apple support is utter crap. really. shame though. because back in the days it was the pc users complaining about bad service and support and all, totally reversed by now.
