for a sec, i thought you meant 'heavy metal' magazine..
the sci-fi comic mag ...
which was probably my biggest influence as a kid in art...then i realized you meant heavy metal music, which i used to think was great, but now don't much care for
;)anyhow...let me know if you find a site with heavy metal covers from the magazine :)
