he is a total fucking fuckmonkey. it's a token photocall, and hydrogen as a fuel a bit of a white elephant. a more realistic, cheap and immeadiate solution is simply running deisel-based engines on bio-fuel. vegetable oil mixed with a little alchohol runs sweet. but you don't pay tax on it. makes your emmissions smell of chips though
