my display on my dell laptop went bad. I sent it in on monday and had it delivered back on friday. they picked it up from work and delivered it at work. I have heard of people with dead pixels on mac laptops having to wait two months to get theirs back.
mac's are nice, but I think 9 out of ten people who have them like how they look and the manufactured exclusivity of the brand more than the actual performance, service etc.
that is why I like to break balls in threads like these.
