  There was a time that I probably consumed at least a pound of combined Jerkeys per week... Wagon Wheels, Slim Jims, Indian Dried, Tender Stix, etc.

  I cant eat that crap anymore and I miss it. I wish they could make something similar but with veg... do you think its possible to dry and smoke Tofu or something? Anyone know of veggie jerkey? sounds nasty by who knows.
