ignore this post.
rand: that's a great story. thanks. i keep telling myself that the point is to make the client happy because they are paying. but i am not too sure how to convey the point (fact) that they are wrong. it gets annoying quite fast.
maybe we should start a thread about such stories where people can learn a thing or two. or just share their pain.
