saf: a client of ours always tells this story: "Rand (not my real name) came in with a logo presentation, we told him what we didn't like about it and he promised to come in the following week with revisions. The next week he came in and showed us the exact same logo! This time we saw that we had been wrong and accepted it."
okay, they are ex-clients, but's that's not when we parted company.
