  75% of people choose PC's becuase when they walk into K-Mart and Staples that is what is on the shelves.

  Does disk utility see it? If so- run a repair test on it, then unplug and re-plug-

  Try to run ipod software update on it.. if it doesn't need it, it will tell you but at least it should mount the drive.
