Thats why you need a union. There is something wrong with long hours culture.

true that soda.for me personally the design culture feels stronger than the union culture. i would feel REALLY BAD if i missed a deadline.
whereas the designers who went on strike happen to be the ones who always leave at 5.30, if you know what i mean.
