    I think it's reserved for established artists/designers, leaders in the field, etc. There aren't many of them in comparrison to members so I'm guessing it's not so easy. Maybe email NT or Folkert, point them to your site, wrtie a paragraph or two why u want to be NTB member and how/what you feel u can contribute?
