if it's just anger, tell her you'll take some ang. mgmnt sessions or something. i've noticed you've got a bit of a short fuse, but we all do now and then. so just learn to deal with it. you're going to have to at some point in your life.

and for a little tough love: i've been down this road so many times, and i can remember vividly thinking to myself, this is the end of the world and i'll never find someone like her again and had friends console me and tell me the 'plenty of fish in the sea' bs. after having repeated this experience over and over, i know two things:
one, there aren't 'plenty of fish in the sea', but there are a few quality ones and you will meet someone out there that will make you forget about all your previous relationships and thankfull you got out of them.
two, that friends are THE single most important thing you have in your life. they will keep you strong and sane and listen to you bellyache about your loss and how you'll never find another like here blah, blah until inevitably you get tired of hearing yourself whine and the sad bastard music becomes pathetic and you realize it's time to get on with your life.

going to hong kong or wherever it is you are going 'might' be therapeutic, but make sure you're not just running away from the problem - because you can't physically run away from it. the most important thing is to not be alone.

anyway, hang in there, you'll be fine - you have the support of everyone here on NT.

    love
