To clarify,
cancer is of course a devasting illness and everyone of us must have known someone at some point who has had it.
That said there is room for humour on all subjects often as a way of better coming to terms with the things that upset us most.
In 197? The late great Peter Cook and Dudley Moore did this as "Derek and Clive" whilst Dudley Moore's father was dying of cancer.
Deosn't get much closer to the bone....
"He's got cancer of the cock and he's got cancer of the balls
He's got cancer of the nose, mouth, eyes, teeth and he's got
cancer in his false teeth, got cancer in his wig
He's got cancer in his fucking knob, he thinks it's fucking big
His knob is full of cancer, the thing is falling off
And worst of all, the worst of it, he's got this fucking cough"
