I love Chicago. Moved from suburbs of Dallas/Ft Worth Texas in 2001 and best thing I've ever done.
Chicago is a great city, I don't know how to properly summarize what is so great about it. I guess it's just personal because I've found things here I hoped to find and wouldn't have found in Dallas - good job with wonderful people, people I started my band with, people I've played music with, my girlfriend, good friends.
Granted, I could have found all those things in Dallas, but it's just different here. Dallas sucks, and the mentality of most people there is just sick.
