i just got rejected at "the royal acadamy of fine arts" (or koninklijke hogeschool voor beelden de kunsten)they said i was to young, and i wasn't photographoing long enough, my portofolio was oké though,.... if you want to go to europe, try the Rietveld acadamy in amsterdam....
