A little terminology help:
A "foundry" is the creator and licensor of a font design. In most cases there is only one EULA (End User License Agreement) for any one font.
There may be multiple "resellers" that offer the font, but the EULA still applies. And while the single-font purchase price may vary by a few bucks, the Multi-User pricing will be essentially the same because the foundry and designer always gets their cut (if the reseller is legit).
So you'll never see a big price break on a font from any particular vendor. Best to make your purchase decision on the shop you prefer in regards to their personal service and/or site features.
I humbly recommend FontShop.
