i've got a similar system..
standard, i'd say don't go below 400.. i've got an Antec TruePower 430 and it's whisper quiet, and keeps things nice and running
my previous was a 400W and it was just less than i needed, so i'd get cut outs, and black screens outta nowhere.. but it was cause i had added a second HD and optical drive.. so there was more juice being pulled..
