I carried mace at my high school, and made sure most of my friends had gerrycurls. One day while loaded I tested out the can in this nature area near the river (actually a friend was daring me to spritz him). As soon as I clicked the button this burst of wind came and knocked the spray back into my face. I fell over immediately, and couldn't open my eyes for 15 minutes.
Ah, yes, what I wouldn't give to have those years back.
