Kuz isn't from India dude, he's Pakistani. Two different worlds. Although maybe Kuz does know the place.
Goa has Portuguese influence as well. I hear that affects their food. Unique. You could always go to Sri Lanka. Beautiful place. You could stay with a very close friend for free outside of Columbo on the coast. Lovely!
