just back from lunch, some japanese for me... well, if surfito is an american citizen, then things are not that easy for him (although not as difficult as if he was from other countries, for sure).
basically, he'd have to get a company to "sponsor" him, do all the paperwork, go back to the states and get his passport stamped, and then return to spain.
that's for the "legit" way.
