c'mon I was only kidding about National Service (I can only imagine myself keeping order at a riot, or serving in the army, by christ :/ )
Something is going wrong though, but I'd shy away from "we're all going to Hell in a handcart" histrionics.
These little fuckers just need a good old fashioned slap about the head ;)
