From these early reports, both the PS3 and 360 are simply graphic upgrades with semi-media center elements that companies have been trying to sell for years.

(May 16 05, 20:17)did we read the same specs? Both the xbox360 and PS3 are light years ahead of the previous consoles. Even better than todays PC's. These represent an enourmous leap in terms of cpu, as well as graphics. not to mention support for Hidef tv (double monitor on PS3).
