    Just go to bed whenever and get up whenever.

    But in order to feel good, you should fall asleep and get up at the same time everyday, even on the weekends. Just so ya know.

    I go to sleep around 12am and wake up around 9am. Pretty much the same everyday.

    Works well for me. And it's entirely fine to go to sleep at 10, whether it's am or pm. I once knew this girl in grade 8 who went to sleep at 5pm everyday because she felt like it.
