    she did it during a period when we weren't in touch

    after i started talking to her again it was a year before she told me

    she had a major downward spiral ... her mom quit talking to her ... she got in a really bad crowd

    and then one night she was doing oxycotton and drinking jagger and she just cut herself about 30 times

    i'm thinking she should get sleeve tattoos

    i honestly don't know how to help her : (
