I gotta say i was an angry young chap - and when i would get pissed i would smash walls with my fists - one time i hit an adobe wall as hard as i could and bruised every joint in my hand - i realized it was stupid and stopped, for the most part. every now and again when I want put my hand through the sheet rock - i remember that wall - self control is more powerful than an angry release.
