Jevad, I've got a lot of my own problems, so I won't pretend I have any answers for you, but remember that the initial shock and disgust and anger and rage and confusion are all perfectly healthy feelings, so when you begin to question your sanity assure yourself of that. Also, remember the best thing you can do for yourself now is to maintain perspective. Things like eating well and getting enough sleep are crucial. So is exercise. My first reaction to breakups is always to self-medicate, but that only numbs things--but a good physical activity, like hiking or playing basketball, allows a much healthier catharsis. It won't solve anything, but it might prevent you from attacking the mailman or going to the bar wearing nothing but speedo's and a beret tilted to the side.
If all that fails, a bottle of vicodin and two hookers seems to relieve some anixeties. That and a double feature of Weekend at Bernie's and Brewster's Millions and the first season of Miami Vice.
In all seriousnes, my condolences. I hope things work out for you...
