id say it looks pretty clean. nice colors. that logo may need a bit of work. it looks kinda rough, but the layout is nice.
as for the 2A thing... maybe a bit inspired by it, but it isnt a rip. so i wont nail you for that.
the left side of your content area looks a bit empty when you click some of the buttons, but again i say looks pretty damned nice for a first flash site. cool.
