I've always used Verizon to now bc a) the coverage was always the best and b) the customer service I got via phone was always excellent. Pricing was pretty competitive although never the cheapest on the block.
Verizon does suck though bc: a) They are always behind the curve on phone hardware, so you will always have to deal with not having the shiniest doohickey on the block. I am STILL waiting for a damn bluetooth enabled phone from them that isn't a bazillion dollars or proprietary (see class action lawsuit) b) their customer service in their Phone Stores is the WORST ever. I got into a shouting match with one of their reps instore after a verizon phone rep that I was eligible for a free phone upgrade on a damaged phone. The store clerk refused to help me and when I tried to go over her head to a manager she called me a "dick". I almost threw my broken phone at her head. I got so loud with her "security" had to ask me to leave. She was shouting at me all the way to the door. Unbelieveable. But they hire minimum wage idiots in these stores. I knew more about their phones and plans than they did.
So - when my current contract is up with verizon I am done with them. Don't need to be calling your customers "dicks"
