    ah yeas this reminds me of my great nyc story

    i came out of my friends house at like 330 am to fins my car GONE because it was th enight before the marathon. (you usually could park there)

    so i see a cop and i say "excuse me officer if my car was here - did it get towed?"
    he says "yes call here blablabla" and my friend who iwas driivng home starts saying "ohhh man youre gonna have to pay liek $500 all in cash blablabl"

    so im walking back to my friends apartment all sad and the cop says "wait a minute look down these sidestreets they may have just moved it"

    lo and behold they just towed my car to soem sidestreet!!! I LOVE THIS TOWN
