scarabin... maybe I didn't explain enough-
What I was trying to say is that the input method on the DS should be able to trump that of the PSP.
It has touch screen, and the bottom screen can be used fo different types of input. Theres no reason why they cant and wont map a keyboard to it.
With these features, the DS is poised to be a much better tool for uses where input is concerned (chat, blog, browse internet, draw or doodle, etc.) This is cntrol that the psp lacks.
Sure you can get online with a browser on a PSP but then what? Entering text will be like entering a highscore on a the end of a game... a slow and ardious task.
a PSP design that incorporated a clamshell whereas the bottom sports a simple keyboard when opened is one solution that the PSP could possible sport as an addon - but that remains to be seen.
