First impression -- it looks garish. I would make it a little bit more sophisticated and elegant...use a different font and font size and rethink how the horizontal/vertical lines are used near your name. Also think about kerning. And rephrase your objective so that it would be about the employer -- how you can benefit them -- and not the other way around.
