lesk, they usually happen by themselves if you have a bunch of quick powder at the bottom of your glass and you poor kinda fast... or directly after you pour you can give it a couple stirs at the bottom and hope for some bubbles...
you can also put in the quick after you put in the milk but thats not quite as effective
