ah sum!!! I too am jealous, I'm looking but waiting for a good time to buy. Is there an interactive industry as well? Please send pictures of your pad when you can. I'm currently looking out my window right now in sunny Cali and can only imagine what it may look like over there. I know the grass is always greener, but it depends on what grass your standing on. Congrats and will be waiting for the pics. peace...
