Well I suppose its near Fontvielle since everything is within walking distance , being the 3rd smallest country in the world and all.
It doesn't 'technically' belong to Monaco with the old standards though, so french law applies but with the new standards made like 2 years ago, it does belong to it. (dont ask me what exactly 'the standards' are becuase I don't know, but there have been discussions about where the city limits are , and its outside)
