    90 to 110 BPM is hip-hop
    120 BPM is pop
    140 BPM is techno
    160 BPM to God knows what is more or less DnB

    This is very veeeery vague..

    I heard hip hop slower than 90bpm, house and trance, can vary around 130 140 and is not techno.

    and 160 bpms drum n bass I read that before somewhere too, but most of the stuff I have (and I have a lot of drum n bass, goes from 170 to 180, ) specially on clubs, usually is 180.

    Ive actually heard very little stuff, (dnb) that is 160.. anymore.. maybe its just me?
