  the reason of this change IS NOT TERRORISM.

  aznar made a big mistake. he was ignoring the peoples voice everytime. he ignored some strikes, he ignored the complains about the Prestige, he ignored....
  and he ignored the War-confrontation. more than the 90% of the spanish population didnt wanted war.

  yes, terrorism was one of the points. but aznar made it wrong, from the begining til the end.
