There's this bluejay that hangs out in the tree next to my window. Every morning when I open the curtains, he tries to maddog me-just staring--and then, he kamikazes right into the glass. He'll smack his face, retreat 2 feet, look at me, then try again. He must smack himself like 20 times a day, but he never learns that's he not getting in. At this point I think he must get some kind of narcotic rush from the blow, because why else would you continue to elicit that kind of pain? That's how I am in strip clubs. I actually go thinking I might get laid, and without fail (okay, well, there were a few lucky experiences but that's another story) I come out broke and alone.
But then again, at least i have some good images and scents in my head for later, when the room is dark and the evenings long, when Cameo's Word Up and Candy are on continual loop, and I'm the brilliant one.
