I just use the zip up ones (without the jewel case). It saves cash and tons of space (i've got about 10-20 CDs worth of stuff for each project, animations, and large PSDs). I rarely have to go back and get stuff, but since it's all right there (and in chronological order) it makes finding stuff much easier.
