  Swift 3D can export wireframes and it's cheap. I use Form-Z. It can export into eps or ai. Look at the version that does not include Renderzone or Radiozity, it saves a lot of cash if you don't need to render. Still ain't cheap, though.
  Maybe a plugin for Illustrator?
