mdma is an incredibly helpful drug in this regard
many psychologists right now are trying to get the fda to approve the ability to prescribe "e sessions" with the counselor (who is not dosing, btw)...
the drug has the effect of helping a person cut out all the bullshit around them and be really honest with themselves and others
i've seen it completely change people's perspectives on life and help them deal with past traumas and other problems in an honest, helpful way
