Dippy I actually liked it because it didn't villify someone. You're right, they gave both sides of the equation their own demons and qualities. It was almost like there were three sides to the conflict, the Templars and the guy who became king, the Arab's who were tired of the trouble the previous group caused and then you had Orlando Blooms group who were there to save lives. I'm so tired of the movies in this category that make one group out to be the obvious bad guys for the sake of having an evil element, where this flick was more real to me. I also would probably give it a B, the plot seemed a little jumpy, I didn't really like the king's character at all...I was sad to see Liams chacter die so early as I was with Gangs of New York...sad when they kill off such a strong character so soon in a movie. Decent flick though, I dug it.
