Good news, I've tracked my hipster down... it actually thought to call me a few days ago and tell me it was coming back.
Apparently after a night of heavy drinking, some of it's friends thougt it would be funny to put my hipster on a bus headed to to New Jersey.
So to make a long story short, it's been living in the back of a pub/family restaurant in Clifton for the past month. The owner found it wandering around and took it in thinking it was adorable (in a sexy, awkward sorta way).
It's a good thing that I wrote my address and phone number on it's arm with a sharpie when I first picked it up. Thinking ahead if I were to lose it, someone might return it when found.
Now that it's back I'm wondering what really happened during it's month long hiatus. It's constantly asking me questions about Van Halen (like I know anything about Van Halen?!) and telling tall tales about a squirrel that humps snow.
In the end I'm just happy to have it back.
I love my hipster.
