If you mean RAID, you need to use the built-in RAID function in Disk Utility (but that requires reformatting the main drive too I think), or use Soft Raid, which has more options and doesnt require the other drive to be reformatted...
If you mean a regular mirrored incremental backup of selected stuff on the main drive, you could use something like Retrospect Backup. This is better than using RAID if you are looking for a sort of versioning system rather than the whole-disk redundancy of RAID.
