It's very easy to get wrapped up in your work and the job.
We are all human and you are allowed to talk about everyday shit which can help things go smoother.
Things like:
What's the traffic like in the morning?
Are there any girls work here?
Where's the drinks machine?
Is that one of your balls that's just popped out of your shorts?
