A tip for an interview is to scan around the office..see what the interviewer is into.
One time at an interview I ran out of stuff to comment on and notice a Lobster Roll sticker on his bag (http://www.fotolog.net/lobsterr... and ended up talkin about street art for a good while..
things inside a persons office is pretty personal, so once you touch upon the stuff they like and talk about it, its more comfortable for the both of you talkin bout stuff you both like, rather than focusing all your attention on the job itself...
