I saw a UFO when I was a kid - hanging over the local town, at nighttime - it was even in the paper the next day.
I remember it as being a conglomeration of coloured lights - mobile, but not doing anything spectacular... just hanging there.
Of course, as to it being an alien, I don't know - the truth is, as they say, out there.
