stuttering, banjo playing, slightly portly and balding architects and urban planners are indeed worthy of financial promotion and support. We in the pro natura baw sweat committee would see these cultural institutions funded by a baw sweat under prouction tax whereby the slim yet inactive populous who under produce baw sweat (and as such do not contribute to the energy requirements of our ever more glutonous ways) would be charged a non productivity tax for eing lazy cunts and not even working up a sweat.
