The funding for scientific baw sweat research will come from a fat tax. We firmly believe that although the more corpulent do indeed produce more baw sweat that this is of an inferior nature to baw sweat harvested from the more sporting populous. Also the further benefits of sporty baw sweat, according to Bo Bag - the top scientist in the field, is that it requires less odour reduction treatment. A bawless society is piffle and has been discussed since ancient times, mostly by the lesbotic movement I may add.
