    - Too Monochrome
    - No Distinguishing features
    - Header Not Heady enough
    - Looks suspiciously templated
    - Not Engaging. At All.
    - It simply doesn't say "a message for you"

    ..it doesn't draw me in - my eyes have to do all the work to figure out where to begin and, more importantly, 'why'.

    If they're going to go with a single colour, they really have to draw it out somehow - either with graphics, contrast, space or... well, anything.
    that front page could suffice with one well-thought photo.
