The (as) Appliance-Server turned into the (dv) Dedicated-Server. This was more or less just a marketecture move to better explain the product within the name. You can upgrade your (dv) to use Plesk 7.5 Reloaded at any time. Just use the upgrade feature in the control panel. Regarding Urchin, we are trying to get Google and Sw-Soft to play nice and integrate their products together. We have close communication with both companies and frequently push for this project to be completed. When the products play nice together, we will sell Urchin as an affordable add-on to the (dv).
